U-Pick Procedures for 2025

• Pick in rows with pink flags. There often will be more than one section open for each variety that is available.

• Pick anywhere within a section: front, back, or middle. Sometimes the easiest way to get to the middle of a row is to come in from the side.

• Walk in, find a bush you like, find all the ripe berries on that bush, and THEN find another bush. Look inside and lift up branches to find hidden clusters.

• Try to keep red or green berries on the bush.

• Buckets are available. You are also welcome to bring your own containers to pick into and/or to take your berries home in. Buckets are easier to use than bowls or boxes.

• Picking harnesses and stools are available for your picking ease.

• We appreciate you bringing your own containers to take your berries home in. Bags, some boxes, and reusable berry flats ($2 deposit) are available.
